| 3. RMA Number issued are valid for 15 days only. BR-1 America, Inc. do not perform cross shipping services. | ||||||||
| 4. RMA is considered OUT OF WARRANTY if any visible physical damage is found on the returned items. | ||||||||
| 5. BR-1 America, Inc. reserves the right to return any unauthorized item back to customer at its own expenses. | ||||||||
| Any mismatch between the information (e.g. S/N on the items & invoices) in this form and the products returned to | ||||||||
| BR-1 America, Inc. will invalid the RMA issued. | ||||||||
| 6. Items left in RMA for more than three (3) months will be donated. | ||||||||
| 7. It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of its RMA. | ||||||||
| 8. BR-1 America, Inc. warraties are effective from the date of the original invoice, and not from the RMA form date. | ||||||||
| 9. BR-1 America, Inc. will not be responsible for any acessories returned, such as MB Cables, Disks and Manuals. | ||||||||
